Job Title: Procurement Engineer

Location：Nanjing, China
Responsibilities / Duties
- Preparing and conducting price negotiations and contract to contribute to the profitability of the company
- Monitoring the national and international market to bring new suppliers, product derivatives, and product
innovations into purchasing portfolio
- Participating in working groups to inform oneself and others about the product/supplier policy and to exert
influence accordingly
- Undertake supplier management to acquire the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply chain
- Monitor supplier delivery and quality performance for each PO
- Document management and reports
- Assigned commodity localization
- Supplier management

Education
- College and above.
Languages
- Chinese- fluent in spoken and written
- Advanced English
Experience
- 2~5 years Procurement experience in multinational companies
- Projects businesses experiences is desired
Skills / Knowledge
- Professional expertise on supplier management
- Technical/product knowledge about Relay Protection
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills;
- Initiative and change-oriented
- Result& Quality orientation
- Good PC skills (e.g. Office, SAP)
